This year, Gdańsk expects a total of 60 cruise calls — a clear indicator of the growing interest among global cruise operators in this key Baltic destination. With its strategic location, modernized infrastructure, and strong regional appeal, the Port of Gdańsk continues to strengthen its position on the cruise map of Northern Europe.
Among the notable vessels scheduled to visit this season is the Crystal Serenity, a 250-meter-long luxury cruise ship flying the flag of the Bahamas and operated by Crystal Cruises. The vessel offers more than 1,000 berths in 347 upscale staterooms and boasts high-end amenities including two swimming pools (one of them under a retractable dome), fine dining options, and premium leisure facilities.
The consistent growth of cruise traffic in Gdańsk reflects the port's long-term strategy to diversify operations and enhance its attractiveness to both operators and passengers. The presence of such prestigious vessels underlines the port’s readiness to handle larger cruise ships and to provide a high standard of service and experience.
With an ambitious schedule and infrastructure prepared for modern cruise demands, the Port of Gdańsk is poised for one of its strongest seasons yet — reinforcing its role as a key southern Baltic cruise gateway.
