Terms and Conditions of the dailymare.com
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The website available at dailymare.com is operated by KPH Group Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Sezamkowa 2, 76-251 Kobylnica, email: bok@dailymare.com, Tax ID (NIP): 8393250837, REGON: 529995387, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0001134578 by the District Court in Słupsk.
- Definitions:
a. Terms and Conditions – this document outlining the terms and conditions for using the Website in accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
b. Website – the online service operating under the domain dailymare.com, where the Administrator provides Services.
c. Daily Mare Platform – a collection of subpages within the Website where the Administrator offers Services.
d. Administrator – KPH Group Sp. z o.o., as described above.
e. User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Services provided by the Administrator.

- If amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court will be determined by applicable laws.
- These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication.
