The agreement covers the drilling of one exploration well, with an estimated duration of 55 days. The contract specifies a day rate of USD 450,000.
– We are excited to extend our long-term presence in Ghana. We thank Amni for their trust in Noble on this important exploration campaign – said Blake Denton, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Contracts at Noble.
The deal further strengthens Noble’s position in West Africa, where Ghana continues to play a growing role in the offshore energy sector. The Noble Venturer, one of the company’s most advanced drillships, is designed for operations in ultra-deepwater environments, making it well-suited for technically demanding exploration projects.
As noted by Noble, the company’s communications may contain forward-looking statements, with details available in the disclaimer section of its official communications.
