The aluminium hull is currently under construction, with two of the four structural blocks already completed. In parallel, the yacht’s superstructure is being built by a specialised subcontractor in southern Poland. A key upcoming milestone will be the joining of the hull and superstructure, scheduled for April 2025.

At the same time, Conrad Shipyard has commenced prefabrication of the crew-area outfitting, ensuring a smooth transition into subsequent construction phases. The guest areas and interior layout are now in the final stage of coordination between the designer and the owner, securing fully bespoke solutions aligned with the owner’s expectations.

Conceived as a new-generation world cruiser, the CO.ONE 140 combines advanced sailing performance with superyacht-level comfort. The exterior design, hull lines, styling and interior concept were created by renowned yacht designer Frank Neubelt, founder of FNYD, in collaboration with his superyacht project agency German Yacht Couture. Neubelt’s long-standing creative partnership with Conrad Shipyard is reflected in the yacht’s distinctive “big boat” sailing concept and refined, performance-driven aesthetics. Naval architecture and engineering were developed together with Deltamarin, translating the design vision into a technically advanced and efficient sailing platform.

Sustainability is a central pillar of the CO.ONE 140 project. The yacht features a lightweight hybrid aluminium hull combined with a carbon fibre superstructure, optimised for strength, weight efficiency and long-range performance under RINA classification. Advanced hybrid propulsion systems allow the yacht to operate in low-emission and silent modes, supported by high-capacity battery systems and intelligent energy management. Energy regeneration while sailing further reduces fuel consumption, while the optimised sail plan minimises engine use and emissions during extended cruising.

- The CO.ONE 140 represents Conrad Shipyard’s strategic expansion into the sailing segment and a return to the shipyard’s roots and long-standing experience in sailing yacht construction. Following recent international successes, award-winning projects and the expansion of our motor yacht portfolio, we are proud to undertake such a complex project. The CO.ONE 140 sets a new benchmark for flybridge sailing yachts in its size category and is designed for owners who value autonomy, performance and responsible luxury. Through this project, we demonstrate Conrad Shipyard’s capability to deliver the most advanced yacht constructions, both sailing and motor - Marcin Czarniawski, Project Manager & Sailing Superyacht Expert, Conrad Shipyard

The construction of CO.ONE 140 reinforces Conrad Shipyard’s position on the international superyacht market and highlights the growing role of Polish shipbuilding in delivering technologically advanced, sustainable luxury sailing yachts.
