The Crystal Sails Awards have been granted by the Pomeranian Sailing Association since 2009. Winners are selected by a dedicated jury composed of experienced sailors, representatives of the sailing community and local authorities. The awards cover a wide range of categories, reflecting both sporting achievements and long-term contributions to maritime education and sailing culture.
The title of Pomeranian Sailor of the Year was awarded to Jakub Surowiec of UKS Navigo Sopot, a three-time world champion in the A-Class Open catamaran category. The award for Pomeranian Sailing Voyage of the Year went to the “Zawisza Czarny” Male Shanty Choir for their project “North Sea and Polonia”, combining offshore sailing with maritime cultural promotion.

The title of Pomeranian Sailing Event of the Year was awarded to PGE Baltica Charlotta Days Ustka, while Wda Borsk Sailing Club was named Pomeranian Sailing Club of the Year.
The jury also recognised young athletes and educators. Jan Zahuta received the title of Pomeranian Sailing Talent of the Year, Lena Adamska was named Junior Sailor of the Year, and Klara Sobczak received the award for Young Sailor of the Year.
