WB Group expands into Romania, strengthening presence in the Black Sea region
During the Polish-Romanian industrial forum in Bucharest, WB Group announced the establishment of WB Romania. The new entity will become the Group’s first operational structure within the European Union outside Poland, marking another step in its long-term international expansion strategy.

Romania is currently emerging as one of the most important markets in Central and Eastern Europe, both from an industrial and strategic security perspective. As a key contributor to the stability of NATO’s eastern flank, the country is gaining relevance for defense and technology cooperation. WB Group’s entry into the Romanian market aligns with its broader objective of strengthening its footprint across Europe.
