The initiative focuses on a comprehensive analysis of shipyard processes – from order intake to vessel delivery. Based on this research, a solution powered by artificial intelligence will be created to streamline planning and enhance operational efficiency.

Gryfia Shipyard will be the first to test the tool under real industrial conditions. The project underscores the importance of strong collaboration between industry and academia in accelerating digital transformation within the maritime sector.
