This milestone follows the earlier completion of 219 pin piles, and further demonstrates the progress of Hai Long as a key contributor to Taiwan’s energy transition.

The installation works were carried out by the offshore installation vessel Green Jade – the first such vessel built entirely in Taiwan. The jackets installed at Hai Long are the largest offshore wind foundations ever constructed in the country, underscoring Taiwan’s growing industrial capabilities in offshore wind.

The achievement was made possible through the expertise and cooperation of CDWE’s teams, partners, and suppliers, ensuring safe and efficient execution. With Hai Long, CDWE has now contributed to nearly 1.5 GW of offshore wind capacity across the Asia-Pacific region.
