This award carries particular meaning for the Shipyard. It was Marshal Piłsudski who, on November 28, 1918 – just 17 days after Poland regained its independence – issued the order establishing the Polish Navy. Since 1922, PGZ Naval Shipyard has continuously supported it by building, modernizing, and maintaining its fleet.
Today, the Shipyard continues this mission, implementing key programs that strengthen Poland’s maritime security and defense capabilities.
– Building the future on the foundation of tradition is not merely a slogan – it is our daily responsibility to the country, the Shipyard emphasizes.
