Turkish Ambassador on a courtesy nisit to the Polish Navy Inspectorate
At the Navy Inspectorate, Rauf Alp Denktaş, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Poland, paid a courtesy visit. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential areas of cooperation between the Polish Navy and the naval forces of Turkey.

During the visit, the ambassador expressed his appreciation for the hospitality and engagement of the Polish side. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation between the armed forces of both countries in the context of joint defense and the security of Europe.
- I would like to thank the Inspectorate of the Polish Navy for the warm welcome and fruitful discussions. As countries possessing some of the largest and most significant armed forces within NATO in Europe, defense cooperation between Turkey and Poland plays a key role in ensuring the security of our nations and the entire continent - stated Ambassador Rauf Alp Denktaş.
The meeting provided an opportunity to highlight the shared values that unite both countries within the North Atlantic Alliance and to further develop military relations, particularly in the field of naval cooperation. Poland and Turkey, as key NATO allies, have maintained close ties in security and defense for years, and this visit reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening these bonds even further.
