During the session, representatives of both companies will outline the planned recruitment phases, job profiles, required qualifications and employment conditions. Attendees will learn about opportunities for service technicians working offshore on SOV-based rotations, as well as onshore personnel responsible for logistics, coordination and technical support within the O&M base. A detailed hiring timeline for 2025–2026 will also be presented.
- The meeting will take place on Thursday, 4 December 2025 at 17:00 at the Comprehensive and Technical Schools Complex in Ustka, Bursztynowa 12, room 106 (1st floor).
The Ustka O&M base will ultimately employ around 100 specialists, forming a key operational backbone for Baltica 2 — one of the largest offshore wind projects currently under development in the Polish sector of the Baltic Sea.
