The flight was continuously monitored by the Polish Armed Forces’ radar systems. Following an intervention by a Russian Air Force navigator, the aircraft immediately altered its course. The Russian side has confirmed the airspace violation, attributing it to a failure in the Su-24MR’s navigation system.

Poland’s air defense remains on high alert, maintaining round-the-clock surveillance to ensure the security and integrity of national airspace.
