PGZ Naval Shipyard strengthens cyber resilience
PGZ Naval Shipyard has signed a cooperation agreement with the Cyber Defense Forces Command (DKWOC). The partnership is aimed at enhancing the resilience of the shipyard’s ICT infrastructure against the growing spectrum of cyber threats.

The scope of cooperation includes information and experience sharing in the field of cybersecurity, joint incident response, proactive threat detection, and continuous monitoring of system security. A particularly important element is the joint assessment of resilience of products and solutions developed for the Polish Armed Forces.
For PGZ Naval Shipyard – responsible for delivering cutting-edge vessels to the Polish Navy, including the Miecznik-class frigates, the Ratownik-class rescue ship, and the Kormoran-class minehunters – cybersecurity is not an option but a necessity. Modern naval units are built around advanced ICT networks, integrated combat systems, and secure data exchange platforms, all of which demand the highest level of protection from cyberattacks.
The agreement with DKWOC marks another step in building the shipyard’s comprehensive capabilities – not only in designing and constructing vessels but also in safeguarding them against contemporary threats.
