Ready-to-use infrastructure for immediate operations

The site offers a plug-and-play solution. The land has been reinforced with precast concrete slabs (150 x 300 x 15 cm) laid on a compacted sand-gravel subbase, making it suitable for heavy equipment and oversized cargo operations. This eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming ground preparation, allowing future tenants to launch operations almost immediately.

Direct access to key road corridors

Located on Kontenerowa Street, the site offers excellent connectivity to major transport routes, including the Sucharskiego Route, the Southern Gdańsk Bypass, the A1 motorway, and the S7 expressway towards Warsaw. In addition, the tunnel under the Martwa Wisła River provides fast access between the eastern and western parts of the port and city.

Because the site lies within the administrative area of the port, transporting oversized cargo only requires approval from the Port of Gdańsk Authority, eliminating the need for permits from municipal road authorities. This results in significant time and cost savings for operators.

Rail access and sustainability benefits

The site borders a public rail loading track, offering smooth integration into intermodal supply chains.
