The aerial search lasted approximately two hours, after which the helicopter returned to its home base in Darłowo and restored operational readiness. At the time of the crew’s withdrawal, the missing elderly person had not yet been located.
This marks the 14th SAR mission conducted by the crews of the Gdynia-based Naval Aviation Brigade in 2025, and the 820th SAR operation in the unit’s history.
