WB Group unveils multi-domain unmanned revolution
Polish defense technology leader WB Group is set to showcase groundbreaking unmanned systems at the upcoming MSPO defence exhibition. Known for its battlefield-proven FlyEye reconnaissance drones and Warmate loitering munitions, the company now expands into both land and maritime domains, announcing what it calls a “multi-domain unmanned revolution.”

Hybrid land units for the future battlefield
At the core of WB’s new offering is the “Future Task Force” concept – a hybrid manned-unmanned platoon designed for flexibility on the modern battlefield. The system includes a command vehicle and several modular effectors, capable of operating with a crew or fully unmanned.
Equipped with hybrid propulsion and a silent mode enabling up to seven days of concealed operation, the vehicles can be configured for reconnaissance, logistics, medevac, or combat roles. Armament options include the ZMU-05 remote weapon station, minelaying launchers, or integrated Warmate loitering munitions.
Expanding into the maritime domain
The real innovation, however, lies at sea. WB Group will present two types of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) tailored for the Polish Navy, Special Forces, Coast Guard, and other maritime security agencies.
Like their land-based counterparts, the USVs can be fitted with the ZMU-05 weapon station or Warmate launchers, supporting missions from patrol and reconnaissance to base protection and littoral defense.
Independent communications backbone
WB highlights its core strength in independent, nationally developed communications systems. These secure networks can link mixed manned-unmanned formations via signal-relay drones or fiber-optic connections, ensuring resilience and autonomy on the battlefield.
Combat-proven heritage
As one of Poland’s largest private defense companies, WB Group already supplies the Armed Forces with the TOPAZ artillery command system, communications suites for Rosomak APCs, and multiple unmanned platforms. Its drones and loitering munitions are extensively used by Ukraine in its defense against Russia, providing invaluable operational feedback.

With MSPO being Central Europe’s largest defense industry fair, WB’s unveiling of hybrid land systems and unmanned surface vessels marks a bold step towards integrated, multi-domain unmanned warfare – positioning the company at the forefront of Europe’s defense innovation.
