Aviators from the Gdynia Naval Aviation Brigade inaugurate the "Heart Action" in 2025
On January 25, 2025, the crew of the An-28TD transport and assault aircraft, number 1117, from the 43rd Naval Aviation Base carried out their first organ transplant flight of the year, Captain Marcin Kołodziejski reported.

According to representatives of the Naval Aviation Brigade (BLMW), the medical transport along the route Gdynia – Warsaw – Szczecin – Gdynia was carried out for the Clinical Department of Thoracic Surgery in Szczecin.
- This was the 95th flight conducted by the aircrews of the Gdynia Naval Aviation Brigade in the history of 'Operation Heart.' Naval aviators have been performing organ transplant flights since 2007 - added Captain Marcin Kołodziejski.
